On the invitation of the China Preventive Medicine Association and the Chinese Association of Clinical Laboratory Management, two doctors would be representing the Heal Bureau at a conference on SARS held in Beijing.

According to a press release from the Health Bureau today 16 (April), Two doctors would be attending he conference held on 23 to 24 April in Beijing. Topics to be discussed in the conference included preventions and diagnoses of SARS, analysis on global SARS situation, epidemioloy analysis and Pathogeneous analysis on SARS.

No suspected SARS case had been found at medical consultation counters at the three Checkpoints today (up to 17:00), the press release confirmed.

Up to now, no SARS case has been found in Macao. The Health Bureau will maintain preventive measures to ensure the health of the public.
