Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR) has signed contractor letter of intents (LOIs) for Lot P Construction of Home Swap Housing Units (Lot A) and Construction of Temporary Housing Units (Lot B) projects with representatives of the awarded contractor and joint venture separately.

The construction works for Lot A is awarded to China Construction Engineering (Macau) Company Limited for 4.068 billion patacas. The construction works for Lot B is awarded to Coneer Engineering Limited-China Road and Bridge Corporation-Top Design Consultants Company Limited (joint venture) for 878.6 million patacas.

Besides, tender document submission process for the construction of temporary housing units on Lot C has been started. The tendering process is expected to be completed this month.

The whole Lot P project will create over 3,000 employment opportunities. During the construction stage, MUR will coordinate with all utility companies to carry out all underground works in order to avoid repeated road-digging works in the future. The whole Lot P project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
