The “Exhibitor Training Course for Macao Enterprises – Macao Exhibition Strategies”, organised by the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), was held recently and attracted over 150 participants. Sessions on the second topic “Livestream Promotion for Products and Services” will be held on 2 and 17 June to teach participants marketing skills and techniques to yield best results in MICE events and online platforms. These sessions are free of charge, Macao enterprises are welcomed to join.
To help Macao enterprises to adapt to new industry trends and get better results in MICE events, IPIM is hosting four sessions of the Exhibitor Training Course for Macao Enterprises in May and June. Ms Kou, who has completed the sessions on “Macao Exhibition Strategies”, said that she has learned more about pre-show and after-show management in attending MICE events. She believes the training will help her plan comprehensively for exhibiting in future events. A trader Ms Hong thinks that the training helped clarify the process of exhibiting at events and how to prepare. She hopes to market her products in Portuguese-speaking countries through MICE events in the future.
The sessions on “Livestream Promotion for Products and Services” will be presented by lecturer Chan Weng Si, an active influencer on various live-stream platforms. The sessions will focus on how to use livestream platforms to promote and sell products during an event. In an interactive way, she will teach online marketing techniques and show participants how to market products effectively with B2B and B2C approaches via MICE events and livestream platforms, while giving them an understanding of the preparations required before and during the livestream, and the follow-up afterwards.
The sessions on “Livestream Promotion for Products and Services” will be held at 2:30 pm on 2 and 17 June at the CPTTM Auditorium (Rua de Xangai 175, Edf. ACM, 7 Andar, Macau).
