The Identification Services Bureau (DSI) will conduct system maintenance on 15th May 2021 (Saturday) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and the self-service applications for identification documents (i.e. self-service applications for Macau SAR Resident Identity Card, Macau SAR Travel Documents and Certificates) will be suspended at that time. DSI are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
DSI self-service applications for identification documents will resume normal after the above-mentioned maintenance works have finished.
