For facilities that require online booking, public can make advance bookings through the “IAM Activity Application System” at http://app.iam.gov.mo/ActivityWeb. Two sessions each day will be available for the use of the facilities. The sessions are from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. respectively.
In order to further ensure the efficient and rational use of resources and avoid underuse of the facilities caused by the absence of the individuals who have made advance bookings, IAM will remind them through SMS in advance and request confirmation from them. The bookings should be confirmed according to the instructions, otherwise they will be cancelled and the quotas will be released. Moreover, the barbeque facilities will be held for the first 30 minutes of the reserved session. Individuals who have made advance bookings must enter the venue by 12 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. according to their sessions on the day of entry. Those who fail to do so will have their quotas released automatically. IAM urges public to make good use of public resources and cancel the advance bookings as soon as possible if they cannot use the facilities at the scheduled time, so that the quotas can be released for use by other interested individuals.
For the public to know about the condition of use of each of the barbeque areas, the relevant information will be published on the IAM website www.iam.gov.mo. Starting from 31 October, public may go to the above-mentioned website or scan the QR code for viewing the information.
In accordance with the disease prevention guidelines issued by the Health Bureau, individuals entering the barbecue areas are required to show their Macao Health Code valid for the day upon entry, have their body temperature measured, wear a face mask and maintain a social distance of at least one metre. Those with a fever or respiratory symptoms will be refused entry. IAM urges the members of the public to comply with the disease prevention guidelines and measures and follow the arrangements of the on-site staff when they use the venues.
