In case of emergency, Macao residents who are travelling abroad can call the 24-hour overseas emergency hotline (Tel: +853-28573333; Fax: +853-28780826), or call DSI (Tel: +853-28370777) directly within office hours for assistance. Besides, they can call the 24-hour hotline of the Tourism Crisis Management Office of the Macao SAR (Tel: +853-28333000), the Center for Global Consular Protection and Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Tel: +8610-12308) and the overseas embassies or consulates of the People’s Republic of China for assistance.
