The CCAC will remain basic services for the public between 24th and 28th February.

For the handling of declarations of assets and interests, the declarants whose declaration periods have already ended or end by 6th March will be given priority. The Declaration of Assets and Interests Division located on the 16th floor of “Centro Golden Dragon” will be open during office hours with a break from 1:00pm to 2:30pm.

The maximum number of declarants at the waiting lobby of the office at any one time will be limited to 15. Other declarants, after obtaining the tag number, will be required to wait outside the office for further notification from the staff. If the number of visiting declarants exceeds the maximum number allowed on that day, their declarations will be handled on the following day according to the tag numbers.

For enquiries, please contact us at 83953321.

The Complaint Centre located on the 14th floor of “Dynasty Plaza” shall operate as normal during office hours. Residents may file reports or complaints to the Branch Office in Taipa between 2:30pm and 7:00pm from Monday to Friday. They may also call the CCAC’s Report Hotline at 2836 1212 to report illegal activities.

Any person, before entering the offices, must go through the temperature check, wear a face mask and submit a health declaration according to the instructions of the Health Bureau.
