The Chief Executive, Mr Chui Sai On, is to leave for Beijing tomorrow to attend the opening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eleventh National People's Congress on Saturday.

Mr Chui and his Guangdong counterpart are scheduled to sign the Guangdong-Macao Co-operation Framework Agreement on Sunday, to be witnessed by state leaders.

The Secretary for Administration and Justice, Ms Florinda Chan, will be Acting Chief Executive while Mr Chui is away.
