As part of the celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the 2024 Macao International Dragon Boat Races were held from 8 to 10 June at the Nam Van Lake Nautical Centre. A large number of locals and tourists came to watch the races, enjoying the atmosphere of the Dragon Boat Festival.

The annual Macao International Dragon Boat Races attract a variety of foreign teams as competitors. It is now recognised as one of the city’s branding events, enhancing the tourism appeal of Macao.
