The Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture, Ms Ao Ieong U, attends a ceremony to mark the signing of a cooperation agreement between the University of Macau's Centre for Constitutional Law and Basic Law Studies and an association for the promotion of the Macao Basic Law (Associação de Divulgação da Lei Básica de Macau).
