“Some terrorist attacks took place on the 13th of November. President François Hollande has declared state of emergency in France. The borders are closed and the French government is taking emergency measures.

The Embassy of China in France urges Chinese citizens in that country to strengthen security precautions, stay at home and avoid leaving their residences, follow closely the news issued by the media and advice issued by the authorities, and also cooperate with police inspections.
