Chief Executive permitted to set up a task force for the 1st anniversary of the establishment of Macau SAR

The Chief Executive Permitted the setting up of a task group responsible for the preparation and execution of celebrations for the 1st anniversary of the establishment of Macau SAR.

The relative decision was published in the 46th Official Bulletin published on 13th November.

The Chief of the Chief Executive's Office, Ho Veng On, will coordinate the task group. Other members of the task group include: Chief of Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture's Office, Alexis Tam/; Consultant of Chief Executive's Office, Daniel Fung/; Consultant of Secretary for Security's Office, Pun Su Peng/; Director of Cultural Bureau, Heidi Ho/; Director of Government Information Bureau, Victor Chan/; Sub director of Government Tourist Bureau, Helena Senna Fernandes/; Sub director of Security Forces Lei Sio Peng/; Chief of Accounting Department of Finance Services, Vitoria Alice Maria Conceicao and the Chief of Division of Public Relation and News Department of Provisional Municipal Council of the Islands, Tang Wai Lin.

Public administration departments and organizations are requested to assist in the preparation and execution of the celebrations for the 1st anniversary establishment of Macau SAR when required. A secretariat will be established under the task group, Staffs of the secretariat may either be recruit temporarily from public administration departments and organizations or by temporary contract to work for the group.
