Fá/;tima Choi, Commissioner of Audit, promoted two people to new positions within the Commission of Audit. Kou Chin Pang, principal auditor, was appointed Ms. Choi's assistant. Au Vai Va, sub-director of the Post Office and Telecommunications Services, was promoted to director of generic affairs of the Commission of Audit.

Kou Chin Pang, a mathematics graduate of Jinan University in Guangdong, joined the public administration in 1987 as chief of the Statistics and Census Services. In 1999, Kou Chin Pang assumed the post of director of generic affairs of the Audit Commission.

Au Vai Va, an accounting administration graduate of Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, entered the Post Office and Telecommunications Services in 1984. She was later promoted to the chief of human resources and the accounting department.
