The Chairman of the Tender Committee for Gaming Concessions, Tam Pak Yuen, today (10 June) revealed that negotiations between the two gaming concessionaires have reached the final stage.

He expected that negotiations with the Galaxy and Wynn Resort would be completed this month, while the casino locations would be announced after the contract was signed.

Mr. Tam reaffirmed that negotiations with the two provisional concessionaires were still ongoing. He also stressed that no other bidders were given a draft of the concessions contract, in response to media coverage that the government had notified a fourth bidder to prepare for negotiations.
