Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 NW and Blue storm surge warning is currently in effect. Tropical cyclone “Nalgae” is located about 10 km northeast of Macao, and is continuously moving in northwest direction generally. It is expected that " Nalgae " will make landfall at north from Macao, and will be weakened further. Its threat to Macao is diminishing. Therefore, Tropical Cyclone Signal no.3 will be issued between 06:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m..
The weather is expected to be cooler with occasional showers in the next two days.
Meanwhile, as it is during the high phase of the astronomical tide, slight flooding may occur in the low lying areas within inner harbor this early morning.
