Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) organizes the “Experience Macao Your Own Style Carnival” Roadshow at APM, Kwun Tong on 28-29 October 2017. The roadshow introduces Macao’s international events and festivals in the 2^nd half of 2017 to the Hong Kong public, including the Suncity Group 64^th Macau Grand Prix as the major highlight. There are interactive games, exhibitions and activities to showcase the blazing festive atmosphere of Macao. At the same time, 6 Hong Kong travel agencies offer discounted packages to attract the Hong Kong public to visit the roadshow and to come and experience Macao on their own style.

Shining Stars, Grand Opening

MGTO Director Ms. Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes, Deputy Director Ms. Cecilia Tse, Sports Bureau President Mr. Pun Weng Kun, Chief Financial Officer of Suncity Group Mr. Philip Wong, Macau Grand Prix Organizing Committee members among other guests attended the Opening Ceremony of “Experience Macao Your Own Style Carnival” Roadshow today (28^th October).

Famous celebrities Moses Chan and Sammy Leung, renowned anchors Akina Fong and Vince Ng also joined the event to introduce Macao’s latest attractions, events and gastronomy, as well as to play interacting games with the audiences. Winning audiences were awarded with the tickets of the Suncity Group 64^th Macau Grand Prix. Besides, Segway Dance and MFM, Macao Group Singers performed on stage, bringing the atmosphere to a climax.

Incorporating the design of pixel arts, “Experience Macao Your Own Style” Roadshow leads the audiences to experience Macao in a new perspective. The roadshow not only shows the international events in the 2^nd half of 2017 and the hottest tourist attractions in Macao, but also exhibits the Formula 3 racing car and motorcycle of the Macau Grand Prix.

There are 5 interactive games to engage the public: “Challenge with the Guia Circuit”, participants only need to stop the timer at the Formula 3 fastest lap record to win the tickets of the Macau Grand Prix; “Macao Light Tunnel”, participants can enjoy the enchanting view of Macao Light Festival by wearing the special glasses in the illuminated dazzling tunnel; “Strolling along Nam Van Anim' Arte”, participants can enjoy the full comfort and homely atmosphere of the Anim’Arte NAM VAN by pulling the rowing machine; “Macau Grand Prix in Action”, through VR (Virtual Reality) technology, participants can control a remote car by head and race along the Guia Circuit; “Panda Brings You to Taste Macao” , participants can learn more about Macao gastronomy and attractions by Q&A game on touch screen.
