2010MIECF: Seminar for International Green Industry Exchanges to open on Friday

To promote exchanges among environmental governmental departments, industries and academics in the Pan-PRD (PPRD) regions and the EU, a Seminar for International Green Industry Exchanges (the Seminar) will be held during the Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum and Exhibition (2010 MIECF) on 9 April, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm in Exhibition Hall A. The Seminar is one of the key events on the MIECF agenda.

The Seminar aims at providing a co-operation service platform for neighbouring regions, PPRD provinces/regions and international environmental organisations and enterprises, strengthening exchanges and liaisons between PPRD and international environmental enterprises, governmental departments and academics, accelerating the connection and matching of different markets. Direct contacts and dialogues between Mainland and overseas environmental government departments, representatives of enterprises and experts helps to foster PPRD, Macao and international market co-operation in environmental industries, technology and services, thus exploring more green business opportunities.

Representatives from governments, enterprises and environmental organisations from different regions including the Mainland (particularly PPRD region), the EU and Macao will conduct discussions on promoting international green industry co-operation.
