Macao reported eight new Influenza A (H1N1) cases today, bringing the total number of such cases to 225.

The eight patients, five males and three females, were aged between 11 and 70.

Meanwhile, three patients had recovered and were discharged from hospital today. There were still 17 patients receiving treatment.

Macao’s pandemic alert remained at Level VI, Blue, which indicated that there were no fatal cases and the spread of the virus was moderate.
