To celebrate the first anniversary of the Macau Special Administrative Region, the SAR Government will hold a series of events on 19th and 20th December. To facilitate Media coverage of the events, preparations were started in the middle of November, over this period/; over 600 representatives from 92 media organizations have applied for accreditations.

Among accredited media representatives, 166 are from Macau, representing 24 media, 68 are from the Mainland, representing 11 media, 300 are from Hong Kong and Taiwan, representing 33 media organizations and 63 representatives from 24 foreign media.
