"Mutual Use of QR Code between HKSAR and Macao SAR Clearance Service" is to be launched from 19 July, with an aim to bring further convenience to residents from both sides. Eligible residents of Hong Kong and Macao can use an encrypted QR code through the mobile application, without the need to present ID document, to complete the automated immigration clearance.
