Member of the Standing Committee of Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Mr. Li Peng, starts his two-day visit in the Macau SAR on Saturday (16 Feb).

Accompanied by Chief Executive Edmund Ho and Mrs. Ho, Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the MASR, Mr. Bai Zhijian, Mr. Li Peng arrived at the SAR through the Border Gate Check Point.

Mrs. Li, Zhu Lin, Director of the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office, State Council, Mr. Liao Hui, Deputy Secretary General of the NPC Standing Committee, Mr. Lü/; Congmin, Chief of Cabinet of the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Wu Wen Chang accompany Mr. Li Peng on his visit.
