They should discard the garbage after tropical cyclone signal number 8 is cancelled, and give priority to discarding perishable household garbage. The management entities of high-rise buildings should keep the garbage bins in the buildings temporarily to avoid them from being put on public streets and blown over by the typhoon, aggravating the garbage accumulation situation and causing danger.
